PROFESSIONAL FEES
Our Professional Fees for arranging the various funeral services are as follows:
£400 - Full Burial
£575 - Cremation
£100 - Burial of Ashes
Our Professional Services include:
* Making all the funeral arrangements and caring for the deceased in our Chapel of Rest until the day of the funeral, when the deceased is placed in our Hall of Remembrance at Herongate Wood for the service and committal.
* Arranging a religious or non-religious service in our Hall of Remembrance or at the graveside. We are also able to arrange a service at a Church or other place of Worship or at the Crematorium. There is no charge for the use of our Hall of Remembrance, for a Funeral Service arranged by Woodland & Wildlife Conservation Co LLP.
* Provision of 4 pall bearers. Please be advised that the family and friends are free to spend as much time as they wish at the graveside after the burial and to return at any time thereafter, although we would ask visitors to be discreet should another funeral be in progress during their visit.
Additional Services Available:
* Arranging a Cremation Service, at the Crematorium or at the Hall of Remembrance at Herongate Wood, with the loved one being taken to the Crematorium in our hearse, immediately after their Funeral Service.
* Reception at our Memorial Hall, subject to availability, after the Funeral Service. (Light refreshments can be arranged.)
* Wreaths, floral tributes and newspaperadvertisements.
* Burial of the ashes of a pet, within a pre-owned plo, with the owner or subsequently.
* Collecting the loved one and caring for them in our Chapel of Rest, before the funeral; the loved one never leaves our care.
Additional Costs
It is important to realise that there may be additional costs, 'disbursements' that will need to be paid to third parties, in addition to the list of items that you choose. Where we discharge these disbursements on your behalf, it will be your responsibility to reimburse us.
Grave Maintenance
We wish to make it absolutely clear that we make no charge for the maintenance of graves. There are no "hidden" costs. The Woodland and Wildlife Conservation Company cares for the site whilst it functions as a burial ground. Once the burial ground reaches capacity, it will be gifted to the Woodland and Wildlife Trust, which will maintain it forever, using the fund built up from payments made at the time of each burial. No grave will ever be re-used or disturbed. Those who rest here will 'Rest in Peace' in the truest sense of the phrase.
