Revised opening times over the 2014 Christmas holiday

Our normal opening times are as follows:
Welcome Centre (Cemetery Office): 9am till 4.30pm Mon – Sat. (Not B/Hol)
Herongate Wood Car Park: 9am till 4.30pm every day including Bank Holidays

Chelmsford, Billericay & Maldon Offices: 9am till 5pm every weekday. (Not B/Hol)

(When the main cemetery gates are closed, you can still gain access via the pedestrian gate, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.)

We are Funeral Directors and even when the office & cemetery are closed, we are still available on the normal telephone number:

Christmas Eve – Wed. 24th December – Office: 9am – 1pm / Car park: 9am – 4.30pm

Christmas Day – Thurs. 25th December – Office: CLOSED / Car park; 9am – 4.30pm

Boxing Day – Fri. 26th December – Office: CLOSED / Car park: 9am – 4.30pm

Sat. 27th December – Office & Car park: 9am – 4.30pm – Normal Working Hours

Sun. 28th December – Office: CLOSED / Car park: 9am – 4.30pm – Normal Working Hours

Mon. 29th December – Office: 9am – 4.30pm / Car park: 9am – 4.30pm

Tue. 30th December – Office: 9am – 4.30pm / Car park: 9am – 4.30pm

New Years Eve – Wed. 31st Dec – Office & Car park: 9am – 4.30pm – Normal hours

New Years Day – Thurs. 1st January – Office: CLOSED / Car park: 9am – 4.30pm

Back to normal from Friday 2nd Jan – Office & Car park: 9am – 4.30pm

We also wanted to reassure you that any items left on graves over the Christmas period will not be removed before Twelfth Night, 6th January 2015.

This year we will be removing all items except the grave plaque and a single flower holder on Wednesday 7th January 2015. If you would like the item back, you will need to retrieve it and take it home before this date.  We cannot be held responsible for any missing items.
